At Dainty Dandelion Health Coaching, I look at the concept of health and wellness with a more holistic approach. What that means is that as your support in your journey, together we analyze all the areas of your life that affect your overall well-being.
No matter which service you choose, the session(s) is/are all about you. This is your life, your health, your well-being, and these are your goals. It is my job to facilitate and support you and it is your job to make the change and do your part of the transformation, because it is about you. Together we explore your goals, your issues, your limiting beliefs, your unhealthy habits, and behaviour. Then, with my guidance and support, you make the change, you empower yourself and you set yourself free from limiting beliefs and unhealthy habits and you reach your goals.
I believe that with support and guidance, every individual can make well-informed decisions on their health and well-being and can be their true self.
It is not just the food we eat, but also many other factors such as exercise, creativity, social life, home-environment, finances, joy, etc., that are vital for a nourished, fulfilling, and purposeful life. Your health coach at Dainty Dandelion Health Coaching will focus on all these aspects and make sure you are receiving the proper guidance to overcome all the challenges in achieving your health and wellness goals.
My approach in RTT®
As your RTT® practitioner I am focused on getting to the root cause of your issue using your brilliant subconscious mind and the amazing tools that RTT® provides. The subconscious mind is an extraordinary resource, like a vault where everything we have learned or experienced is being kept. Those experiences haven given us beliefs and determine how we view life. Early on in live we learn to mostly use our conscious mind. However, as the experiences and beliefs reside in our vault “the subconscious mind” we need to connect with our subconscious mind to make changes in our beliefs. Using hypnosis, we access your subconscious mind and that is where the work begins.
My purpose is to help you get to where you want to be in life. Through RTT® you can let go of physical, emotional, and mental limitations that might be holding you back from living the life you want and deserve.
My approach in Holistic Nutritional Consulting and Health Coaching
As your Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Health Coach, I look at your physical and/or mental imbalances and focus on supporting your body systems with changes in diet and lifestyle. With the main emphasis on a holistic approach to health, I do not only consider food and diet but also all the other aspects of life that can support and nourish a healthier life. Together we explore your health, lifestyle, and wellness goals, your strengths, and weaknesses. With personalized guidance and one-on-one encouragement, I will guide you in focusing on your goals and holding you accountable for achieving those goals.
