Below are some of the concepts that we will explore together:
As indicated in My Belief, we are all unique and I believe in bio-individuality. One person’s food is another person’s poison. We will be working on exploring what works for you, what makes you feel good, what you are able and want to achieve, all to create the best version of YOU.
Often we try to change our habits by avoiding and removing these. This is not only in food but can be in all aspects of your habits and lifestyle. Reality has shown that this is very tough to do and to keep up for a longer amount of time. Adding items that are good for you and that make you feel good, make changes in habits, lifestyle, and diet easier and sustainable. It is then also easier to increase the amount of what works well for you and automatically there is less space for the items that are not good for your health and well-being.
Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and should not be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they are really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
As indicated in the introduction, it is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It is not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and spiritual awareness and several other aspects are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
