As a health coach, I am here to help support you in making decisions, organizing your life, and guiding you through the overwhelming amount of nutritional information that is available so that you can live a healthy, joyful life.
I will work with you to uncover your priorities as well as who and what are important to you. With this knowledge, you can get your life in the right order and feel balanced. And once you are balanced, every part of your life will improve.

Why a 6-month program and not shorter or longer?
It usually takes some time to get into a new routine and new habits. During a 6-month period we have different weather seasons with different foods and activities available and we might go through some personal seasons as well in that time. Coaching you through these different times and seasons gives you the confidence in handling different situations and seasons and confidence in knowing how to achieve and adjust (if necessary) your goals in the future.
If you have followed a (health) coaching program before and you just want to get some temporary support and guidance, then the 3-month program is good to get you going again and work on your existing or new goals.
