Hi, I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
I started my journey to better health and lifestyle in 2012. After watching some documentaries about food, I realized how powerful nutrients are and how much they impact our physical and mental health. These documentaries opened my eyes and made me aware of my own diet, food sources, and lifestyle. As many people do, I found out that it is not easy to make long-lasting changes in lifestyle and habits and therefore I started the program of Health Coaching at IIN. At first just for myself but soon I realized that I want to help others in making sustainable changes in their lives and supporting them in taking control of their own health and well-being. So, here I am with Dainty Dandelion Health Coaching and helping people in bringing about positive change in their lives.
With a focus on bio-individuality, I treat every client as they should be treated- as an individual with distinct nutritional needs. I try to connect all the dots by including every aspect of human life in my approach to the concept of wellbeing. From personal coaching to public awareness, physical wellbeing to mental health, Dainty Dandelion Health Coaching covers every part of your life to make sure your transformation journey is a reality.
Besides providing nutritional coaching services, I am also an ardent advocate of climate change. Through the platform of Dainty Dandelion Health Coaching, our team delivers purposeful content to create public awareness about both the power of nutrition and the malpractices in our food and agricultural industry. As a keen environmentalist, I try educating the public on the importance of a healthy environment for the proper functioning of our food supply system.
