Dainty Dandelion Health Coaching is established with a mission to empower clients and support them in transforming their lives. Whether you choose for health coaching, holistic nutritional consulting, or Rapid Transformational Therapy® you can avail of services that improve your health and well-being.

As your RTT® practitioner I am focused on getting to the root cause of your issue using your brilliant subconscious mind and the amazing tools that RTT® provides.

As your Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I look at your physical and/or mental imbalances and focus on supporting your body systems with changes in diet and lifestyle. With the main emphasis on a holistic approach to health, I do not only consider food and diet but also all the other aspects of life that can support and nourish a healthier life.

As your Health Coach I explore together with you, your health, lifestyle, and wellness goals, your strengths, and weaknesses. With personalized guidance and one-on-one encouragement, I will guide you in focusing on your goals and holding you accountable for achieving those goals.

I believe that with support and guidance, every individual can make well-informed decisions on their health and well-being and can be their true self.

About me

Hi, my name is Karin de Vries and I am passionate about supporting and guiding my clients on their path to a healthier, more balanced and joyful life.
I started my journey to better health and lifestyle in 2012. After watching some documentaries about food, I realized how powerful nutrients are and how much they impact our physical and mental health. These documentaries opened my eyes and made me aware of my own diet, food sources, and lifestyle.
As many people do, I found out that it is not easy to make long-lasting changes in lifestyle and habits, and therefore, I started the program of Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). At first, just for myself but soon I realized that I want to help others in making sustainable changes in their lives and supporting them in taking control of their own health and well-being.
The study of Natural Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) gave me more insight in our body systems and their interactions, and I got to work with Nutritional Symptomatology which is the process of interpreting bodily symptoms to find underlying causes and nutritional imbalances. As both these studies and the work has a holistic approach, I wanted to gain more knowledge about how the mind works and why we do the things we do and why we respond and act in certain ways. This led me to the work of Marisa Peer and her program Rapid Transformational Therapy®. I finished this program in March 2022 and am looking forward to working with my clients on a deeper level to find the root cause of their issues and transforming their lives.

My services are all focused on supporting and empowering you.
I do:

  • work with you to empower you and make long-lasting positive changes to your life, health, and well-being
  • support and guide you in determining your health and wellness goals and keeping you accountable to achieve these goals
  • provide nutritional recommendations and advice in lifestyle changes to improve your health and well-being

I do not:

  • practice medical nutrition
  • diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any diseases

My mission is to make a sustainable, well-balanced, and healthy lifestyle possible for everyone and to create the best version of YOU.

My Vision

You are the expert on you and your life, and so you are the one in the lead in the sessions. It is about your life, your health and well-being, and your goals. It is all about YOU.

My Beliefs

We are all unique, and I believe in bio-individuality. One person’s food is another person’s poison.

And we all have the innate capacity to know what works for us and what is good for us.

You and me, together, we explore your goals, develop your strengths, keep you motivated, create awareness about your limiting beliefs, change your thoughts, beliefs, habits and daily routines to create the best version of you.

Everybody can be the strong, beautiful, and important flower that a dandelion is, with its medicinal properties, being the first food for the bees in Spring and having the Lion’s tooth as an amazingly strong root.

My Inspiration

I have many heroes, but I would like to mention a few persons who have given me inspiration in this work of holistic nutritional consulting, health coaching and RTT®.
